Your orders are insured and delivered free of charge to your address via DHL or UPS.

Orders that are in stock will be ready for dispatch within 2–3 working days. Special orders and products that are not in stock will be shipped within 7–10 working days.

If the courier delivers the insurance cover package, check that the package is not damaged. If our insurance company's package is damaged, you should keep a log and not receive the freight.
